Does patient data leave our hospital?
Not by default. Deployments can run inside your own tenancy or on-prem so PHI never leaves your environment. Any external processing is opt-in, documented, and covered by a BAA-equivalent agreement.
Do your AI scribes replace clinicians?
No. Scribes draft the note; the clinician reviews, edits and signs. The human clinician remains accountable for the record.
How do you handle EMR integration?
We work with HL7 v2, FHIR and vendor APIs (Epic, Cerner, InterSystems, local EMRs). Where an EMR lacks a modern API we integrate via approved extract patterns.
Are imaging models a diagnostic device?
Our imaging tools are positioned as triage and workflow support, not autonomous diagnosis. Any regulated diagnostic use is scoped explicitly with the client and its regulator.
